With more than fifteen years of experience in prestigious hotel kitchens, Chef Patrick brings a seasoned perspective and creative vision to Hilton Southlake and The Henley Kitchen & Bar. Known for directing dynamic teams and curating elevated dining experiences, he plans to energize our menus with bold flavors and a personal touch. "I look forward to bringing a wide range of cuisine, experience, and culinary expression," he shares.
Originally from a small barriers island off the southern coast of New Jersey, Chef Patrick has proudly called Texas home for the past seventeen years. He draws on his Irish and Italian heritage to craft dishes that blend nostalgia with modern flair. Outside the kitchen, he stays active with frisbee golf, volleyball, and traditional golf--reflecting the vitality he brings to his culinary work.
Chef Patrick envisions a vibrant take on Texan cuisine, with a playful and polished menu that honors local traditions while embracing bold creativity. Guests can look forward to sophistication, innovation, and distinctly Texan flair.
