Gastronomy is in Raj Thomas' blood. Growing up, blending spices and flavors became a regular pastime for Raj since one side of his family is Italian while the other side is Indian. After he was classically trained in French cooking at the Florida Culinary Institute, Raj went to work under acclaimed chefs such as Gary Hoof, Victor Scotto and Bobby Flay. Today, Raj continues exercising his kitchen skills as the executive chef for the Hilton Southlake's own restaurant, The Henley Kitchen & Bar.
