Originally from a small barriers island off the southern coast of New Jersey, Chef Patrick has proudly called Texas home for the past seventeen years. He draws on his Irish and Italian heritage to craft dishes that blend nostalgia with modern flair. Outside the kitchen, he stays active with frisbee golf, volleyball, and traditional golf--reflecting the vitality he brings to his culinary work.
